After a flight delay, I finally got to Nepal. The customs were awful, took me forever to get through. One problem after the next.
I met up with a friend who is from and lives in Nepal. I got settled down in Thamel, which is the huge tourist spot in Kathmandu. I spent time at hotel getting organized and waiting on my friend to join. His bus finally arrived at 11pm and after traveling on separate for over two months, we have now come together.
Not much happened today, just got settled into what is about to be an amazing adventure. I already love Nepal. It's such an out doors place. The streets are covered in outdoor gear shops. A backpackers paradise.
