When we finally got inside the Bamboo Park, which is 120 sq. miles and home to more than 30 types of bamboo, we found the closest hostel and grabbed a room. Allowing Joseph to rest, we headed out to see one sight before the sun went down. We went to see the sight that gives this park it's name, the Bamboo Sea. It is given this name because the day fog settles in the small mountains that cover the ground, creating a sea of fog. However, the fog was so thick we could barely see the mountains in the distance.
We decided to walk around mountain and through some of bamboo forest. It was cool to see how time has worn down on some of these stairs.
When we got back to the top of the mountain and tried to get a bus back to our hostel. Now that we don't have Joseph, it is a little more difficult to get things done. We figured out that the busses are no longer running so we had to make a walk back. When we got close, we grabbed some quick dinner before we rested the night away.
